Municipality of Carnoules : soils dating from the Oligocene, medium clay-limestone.
Hand-harvested, selectively sorted, long maceration with manual punching of the cap, aged in terracotta amphora and stoneware eggs for 12 months.
Not filtered at bottling.
Color: Intense red with pink reflections.
Nose: First nose: Notes of red fruit, strawberry and Morello cherry, evolving towards spicy, peppery notes.
Palate : Silky and elegant attack, the tannins appear as smooth and powerful. We find the fruity and spicy aromatic of the nose. Slight salinity in the finish.
Ideal with white meat or beef tartar.
With an intense red color, accompanied by aromas of red fruits and pepper, the mouth of this wine is elegant, soft and mineral. The balanced structure of this wine is underlined by a nice salinity on the finish. Ideal with white meat.
