Gonfaron: soils dating to the Pleistocene epoch. A combination of phyllade soils on schistose colluviums.
Carnoules: soils dating to the Oligocene epoch, medium clay-limestone.

Grape varieties

Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault, Mourvèdre.


Cold settling, controlled temperature fermentation, ageing in thermoregulated vats and stringing of the fine lees.

Tasting notes

Appearance: Peachy pink with silvery highlights.
Nose: The bouquet offers citrus fruit notes, which evolve into red fruit aromas.
Palate: Smooth, well-balanced and powerful on the palate, accompanied by aromas of peach and pea. It has a lingering, mineral-driven finish with hints of salinity.

The wine is ideal as an aperitif or paired with white meats in sauce, Mediterranean cuisine.


The wine offers a fresh and gourmand aromatic profile with a peachy pink colour and silvery highlights. It offers a complex bouquet of citrus and red fruit aromas and a smooth and well-balanced palate with lively acidity and is accompanied by the same aromas as the nose. The wine’s mineral-driven finish with hints of salinity makes it a perfect companion as an aperitif.
