Terroirs	Gonfaron : soils dating from the Pleistocene. Combination of phyllade soils on schist colluvium. Carnoules: Oligocene soils, medium clay-limestone.
Grape varieties	Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah.
Vinification	Cold settling, low temperature vinification, maturation in thermo-regulated vats and resuspension of the fine lees.
Tasting	Color: peach-pink with pink highlights. Nose: fresh and delicious, with notes of grapefruit and lemon. Palate: smooth, fresh and delicate, with citrus and red fruit aromas. Lively, with a saline, lemony finish.
