Terroirs

Gonfaron : soils dating from the Pleistocene. Combination of phyllade soils on schist colluvium.
Carnoules: soils dating from the Oligocene, clay-limestone medium.

Grape varieties

Grenache, Cinsault.

Vinification

Grapes harvested at night at low temperature, vinified between 15 and 16°C in temperature-controlled vats. Blocking of malolactic fermentation to preserve the natural acidity of the wine.

Tasting

Color: pale peach pink with pink highlights.
Nose: Complex and deep, dominated by notes of citrus, flowers and white fruit.
Palate: fresh, harmonious and balanced. Notes of white peach, powdery touch, good length, mineral and saline finish.

10-12°C

Accompaniment

Ideal with light dishes, fish or white meats. Citrus fish ceviche.
