Terroirs

Gonfaron : soils dating from the Pleistocene. Combination of phyllade soils on schist colluvium.
Carnoules: Oligocene soils, medium clay-limestone.
Grape varieties

Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre.
Vinification

Cold settling, low temperature vinification, maturation in thermo-regulated vats and resuspension of the fine lees.
Tasting

Color : Peachy pink, with some silver reflections.
Nose : Notes of citrus fruits evolving towards aromas of red fruits.
Palate: smooth, balanced and powerful, with peach and pear aromas. The finish is salty and mineral.
